Since 1 January 2021, all payment service providers in the European Union are required to comply with a new regulation (PSD2). The implementation of this new regulation across the EU will enable more secure and innovative payment services.
The security of all your payment data is guaranteed by a “strong customer authentication” requirement for all providers. The European Banking Authority also supervises all financial market participants subject to this regulation.

The keycount app is currently only available for download from the Google Playstore in Germany. We are currently developing the app for our iOS/Apple customers.
Our community members will be the first to know when the app is also available in the Appstore and when the new releases are coming.
Firstly, and very importantly, we are not a bank! Your money is never stored with us, neither digitally nor physically.
We are your new app for using and keeping track of all your bank accounts, cryptocurrencies and other financial apps.

Your data in our app is very well protected against attacks from third parties. All communication in the keycount app is encrypted with at least 128 bits. This encryption is very secure according to current knowledge. Keycount uses banklevel security measurements to keep your data safe from third parties.
Yes, you can delete your account in the keycount app and simultaneously request us to delete all data that we are not obliged to keep from a legal standpoint.
To delete your bank account information with our partner (aiia Mastercard), visit the following link: Aiia – Login
You can enter the keycount app, click on “connect account” and then enter the relevant identifying information from your bank. The app will then forward you to the banks authentication method and subsequently your bank account and its information will be connect to the keycount app.
You can connect bank account from over 1’520 different banks. Check the keycount app and see if your bank is available.
You can choose from a list of over 40 of the biggest Crypto exchanges (e.g. Binance, Coinbase, etc.) and Walletprovider (e.g. Metamask). Open the app and discover it for yourself!
